This will literally force you to savor every bite and eat through your meal politely. By pacing out your meals you are allowing your body to trigger the alerts that signify you are full.
You will end up eating a lot less this way! When stuffing yourself you do not give your body the chance to register that it has had enough – this leads to you easily overeating!

Keep Your Eye on The Prize!
Sometimes slimming or taking on an exercise regime can get you down pretty quickly. You think that there is little to no progress in your weight loss and you become disillusioned with the whole thing.
Pop to the cupboard and pull out an old pair of jeans that used to fit you – this is a great way to lose weight without changing eating habits! By simply seeing that item of clothing every day you will be pushed into going for the goal of getting into them again! Simply speaking – keep both your eyes on the prize!!!

This is an old trick most commercial buffet joints use to good effect – plate size! How many times have you paid for a buffet at an eatery only to be provided with a hobbit-sized plate?
You cannot fit enough on your plate to satisfy yourself and you are to embarrassed to go back up for more food because you do not want to seem like a pig!
This is what these buffet joints are aiming for – taking your money for as little food as possible!
Now I’m not saying go for a tiny plate here – I’m saying reduce your plate size a little and see the difference! By simply changing a 12″ plate to a 10″ plate you will eat less food and not really notice you are eating off a smaller plate!
Burn Calories – Move!
Well this is reserved for the ‘bleeding obvious’ category but we thought we’d better mention it anyway! If you want to lose weight without changing eating habits then simply add a little cardio into your life.
Now I’m not saying you have to take part in a half marathon here – I’m just saying you need to include a little exercise in your daily life. A simple run/jog of about 2 miles should take you about 30 – 40 minutes a day when you get used to it. Can you spare this much time?
